Fire damage in a Burnsville home

This home was heavily affected by smoke damage due to a fire in the upstairs bedroom. The smoke travelled very fast and the fire was extremely hot. It quickly affected the entire home and got into the insulation behind the plaster walls. A full demo was needed to ensure that the home was returned to preloss condition. After the demo was performed, we applied a smoke sealant paint to the studs to lock in the remaining smoke. 

We were also able to salvage many of the homeowners personal belongings. We inventoried the items on-site, then stored and cleaned them  at our warehouse to be returned at a later date.
