Water Damage – Burnsville Condo

Water damage occurred at this Burnsville condominium when a kitchen water line burst. A significant amount of water was deposited on the adjoining carpeted floor. SERVPRO of Burnsville / Lakeville was called in to clean up the water. Our technicians immediately suctioned up the standing water upon arriving at the job site. They then set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. After setting up the drying equipment, moisture monitoring devices were employed to document the drying process. When the drying was complete, the furniture was put back in place, and the drying reports were furnished to the resident and the insurance adjuster.
