Fire Damage – Burnsville Home

Fire damage at this Burnsville home began in a lighting fixture in the dining room. The home was empty and on the market to be sold. Fortunately, neighbors saw the smoke, and the fire department responded very quickly limiting the damage to the home. We were called in to clean up the water damage from the firefighting and to mitigate the related losses due to the fire damage. We needed to tear out all the affected building materials and dry the structure which we did with the help of commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. We then treated all of the affected areas with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit any potential mold growth. The final phase was to rebuild the beautiful dining room which the after photo shows.
