The day we came home to a flooded house I couldn't have imagined that it would actually turn out to be a pleasant experience in many ways.  Hiring a contractor to work in your home is almost always difficult and uncomfortable, but I can tell you my experience with SERVPRO was nothing like that.  Bill and Nancee were so kind and compassionate with us throughout the project that I can actually say I'm glad it happened, or I would not have had the chance to meet them and work with them.  I wouldn't wish a flooded house on anyone, but if it happens to you, you will want Bill and Nancee on the job.
